I come from a family of teachers—it’s in my DNA. Teaching was what we did, how we learned, and what we valued. And yet, when I reflect on my most profound and lasting learning moments, they didn’t come from being told or sitting in a class absorbing someone else’s expertise. They came from those moments when, often with the sometimes tough guidance of others or a fresh perspective, I figured it out myself. That 💡 moment.

As a systems coach, my role isn’t to provide all the answers—it’s to create the space where those lightbulb moments happen and shine their brightest.
